and how to put it to work this AEP.

A referral calls.

“You just enrolled my sister. Can you come put me in the same plan?”

Until now, the honest answer was always the same: “I have to wait two days.”

So the next time a client asks, “Can you come today?”, you can take the scope and say yes.

What changed for you

  • Same scope, same day. The 48-hour SOA wait is gone. Take the scope, then sit down while your client is still ready.
  • Your events can fill your calendar. Collect scopes at educational events, and run a sales event right after, as long as the first one stays purely educational.
  • Less friction on sales calls. The TPMO disclaimer is shorter, and you give it before you talk plan benefits instead of in the first minute. Most sales and marketing call recordings now keep for six years instead of ten; enrollment records stay at ten.
  • Good news to bring your clients. The Part D out-of-pocket cap is now permanent, and CMS is rebuilding the star ratings.

About 30 minutes, in chapters, so you can jump to the change you need. At the end, Justin explains HPM’s CE credit offer: contract with HPM, get ready to sell with at least three Medicare carriers, book your call within 48 hours of watching, and HPM pays you back for your CE credits.
