Your information,in plain words.
This notice covers the Health Plan Markets training pages for insurance agents, the short sign-up form on them, and our sign-up forms on Facebook that lead to them.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: your name, email, mobile number, and whether you are licensed.
- Your consent: the exact words you agreed to, which version they were, and when you agreed.
- Which ad or page brought you here, so we know which messages help agents.
- The standard information your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address, kept for security.
The form never asks for your Social Security number, your license number or anything about your clients.
How we use it
- To open the training for you.
- So our agent relations team can contact you about the training and about working with Health Plan Markets, the way you agreed to.
- To keep a record of your consent.
- To see which of our ads and pages are useful to agents.
We use the Meta Pixel on these pages, and our own system tells Meta about the same steps from our side. Together they tell Meta when someone views a page, signs up, watches the training, books a call or meets with us, so we can see which of our ads help agents and show them to agents likely to find them useful. When our system does this, it sends your email, phone number and name only in a scrambled (hashed) form that Meta uses to match the step to an account. The Pixel itself does not send the answers you type into the form. You can control ads from Meta in your Facebook ad settings.
Who sees it
Your information goes only to Health Plan Markets. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to other agencies, marketing organizations or lead companies. Companies that host our website, store our records and send our emails and texts handle it only to provide those services to us.
Calls, texts and email
- Texts: message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help.
- Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying or by emailing us at the address below.

How long we keep it
We keep your record and your consent so we can show what you agreed to, until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except records the law requires us to keep. You can take back your consent at any time.
